Entry 51: Non compos mentis

Entry 40: Agreements with non compos mentis and doli incapax are void ab initio. What does this mean in layman’s language???
Explanation in simple language: Agreement with a person not of  sound mind and a person who is under ten years of age is not valid/ legal,  right from the beginning.
1.Non compos mentis:Not of sound mind.
2.Doli incapax: Deemed incapable of forming the intent to commit a crime or tort, especially by reason of age (under ten years old).
