Entry 33: The present suit, which is highly vexatious, is nothing but abuse of process of the court and is absolutely barred by res judicata.

Explanation in simple language:

The present suit which has been brought without sufficient grounds for winning, purely to cause annoyance to the defendant, is nothing but usage of legal process or court procedures to accomplish an improper or  unlawful purpose and is absolutely barred by the principle of law which states that if a matter has been adjudicated by a competent court, it may not be pursued further by the same parties.

Meanings:

Vexatious suit: Suit that is brought without sufficient grounds for winning, purely to cause annoyance to the defendant

Abuse of process: Usage of legal process or court procedures to accomplish an improper or unlawful purpose.

Res judicata: It is a principle that a matter that has been adjudicated by a competent court may not be pursued further by the same parties.
